A nasty day, today,in that kind of nastiness that upstate New York specializes in. Temperature just below 40, with a stiff breeze blowing, and a slanting rain.
I still got in between 1.5 and two miles this morning, and all with no Achilles Tendon problems. I'm on the road back.
